  • Types of Evaluations:

    • Asylum

    • Extreme Hardships

    • Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)

    • U-Visa and T-Visa

    • N-648 Medical Waiver

    Cost: $1500 which covers evaluation and comprehensive report. Further fees may be needed if rush requested or court appearance is required. Clinician will discuss needs prior to assessment date.

No Show, Cancellation, & Late Policy

Treatment sessions must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment in order to avoid being charged. Failure to give adequate notice or not showing up will result in being charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be given on a case-by-case basis for serious emergencies. If you need to reschedule, you can do so by calling or emailing your clinician.

It is very important to arrive for your session on time. If you arrive late for your schedule appointment, the session will end at the original scheduled end time.
